In 1898 Elisabeth empress of Austria and Hungarya was murdered.

In Austria Elisabeth is still very popular. Elisabeth admired Heinrich Heine who was a famous german lyric poet.

When I found this stone I was reminiscented of Elisabeth reading a poem of Heinrich Heine.
